CanDigital is a secure digital banking application designed for accessing Canara Bank Internet Banking, offering a secure and consistent user experience. In light of the growing cyber threats targeting confidential information, Canara Bank has introduced CanDigital to enhance security measures and improve the overall banking experience.

All corporate users are required to enroll in the CanDigital application for enhanced safety and security protocols. While enrollment in CanDigital is optional for retail customers, they have the flexibility to opt for it based on their needs by contacting their respective home branches.

To register for CanDigital, users can follow these straightforward steps:

• Download the CanDigital App
• Enter your Internet Banking User ID and submit
• Receive an access code on your registered mobile number
• Opt to enable Face ID for secure and quick account access
• Set up a secret question and answer
• Create a 4 to 6 digit PIN
• Access Net banking with prepopulated User ID and input password/captcha to log in
